DAYS TO SHIP: this is the time it takes for the warehouse to process, pack and ship your new merchandise. Our goal is to ship your merchandise as fast as possible (we're online shoppers too). Therefore, if you are requesting expedited shipping, please be sure to let us know if you need your items 'in-hand' by a certain date. 

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions: No code required. Simply add your merchandise to your shopping cart and select 'Free Shipping' in the 'Shipping Method' drop-down box. Orders will ship standard ground delivery and can be expected in 7-10 business days. Free Shipping is valid in the US only (not including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). International orders will be subject to standard shipping. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer is good for the order first ship-to address anywhere in the lower 48. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. Golf4Her reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change this offer at an time.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Why? To offer you a larger selection of styles, Golf4Her partners with top designers to ship the newest styles directly to your door from their warehouse. That being said, if you have multiple designers in your order, you will receive a package from each designer's warehouse. Select manufacturer require additional processing time. See 'Availability' for processing time time. If item is needed by a specific date, please indicate in the comment box at check out. International orders will always ship directly from Golf4Her, therefore, an additional 7 day processioning time will be required.

All returns, should be sent back to Golf4Her, not the manufacturer who shipped it.

Back Orders

At Golf4Her.com, we do our best to ensure that backorders are a rare occurrence. We often experience a high volume of orders during the peak of golf season and during the holiday season. What then happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to back order (or cancel) certain orders after they are accepted. In the event this occurs, someone on our team will reach out to you within 24 hours of when your order is placed to notify you of this and will offer alternative suggestions.

As soon as your back order ships, you receive an email so you know when your order is on the way. If you don't want to wait, you can cancel or swap the items out anytime by contacting our customer service team. When only part of your order is on backorder, most of the time the remaining items are shipped right away. The backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If an order does have to be shipped in multiple packages, we never charge for the split shipment. We believe in getting you what you paid for as quickly as possible, regardless of how many boxes we have to send.

Please note that expected release dates, which are provided by the designer/manufacturer, can be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to unforeseen problems. We will fill all back orders on a first-come-first-served basis. We do not charge your credit card until the back ordered item us ready to ship unless your order contains in-stock items, at which time we will bill you at the time the initial items in your order ship.

Pre-Book Orders

When you "pre-order" an item, you are reserving an item before it is available. By reserving the item, you are guaranteed that Golf4Her will ship it to you immediately upon its official release. Please note that expected release dates, which are provided by the designer/manufacturer, can be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to unforeseen problems. We will fill all pre-orders on a first-come-first-served basis.

We do not charge your credit card until the pre-ordered item arrives unless your order contains in-stock items, at which time we will bill you at the time the initial items in your order ship. When placing an order with a pre-order(s) on it please indicate if there is a drop-dead date that you must receive the items by or shipping instructions on the CHECKOUT page. Once the pre-order item arrives, you will receive an email confirmation that the item is scheduled to ship.

International Orders

Shipping can be coordinated to 190 countries and territories worldwide. Prices are based on weight, size and distance. The free shipping promotion is not available for international orders at this time. Shipping Rates can be found on the check out page. Just add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, then click Check Out. You can select your country in the drop down box to see shipping rates.

Golf4Her standard international shipping includes locations within the United States, Canada, Australia and Eastern Europe. If you are located outside of our standard shipping areas and you see a item on our site, contact us for a shipping quote at orders@golf4her.com and we will do our best to ship the item(s) to you. Please provide (1) Product Code; (2) Quantity; (3) Ship To Address

Note, if a Free Shipping promotion code is used to place an order, Golf4Her reserves the right to modify the order to reflect the standard international shipping rate for the order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

**DUTY & TAXES**
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Golf4Her cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as or report incorrect values.
